Terms of use

Polemarch Live provides event pages, registration and ticketing, check-in, guest lists, email campaigns, reporting, and integrations with partner platforms. Some features require an account; you're responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account.

You are responsible for your event: its accuracy, its legality, its venue and safety arrangements, and its refund policy. You must have the right to use any artwork, logos, music, or likenesses you upload. You agree to use guest data only to run your event and to honor unsubscribe and deletion requests. You may not import contacts you don't have permission to email.

Paid events are settled through Stripe or PayPal and are subject to those providers' terms and fees. Chargebacks and refunds are ultimately the host's responsibility.

Registration is a request for a spot and may be limited by capacity. Tickets and QR passes are personal and may not be resold without the host's permission. Refunds and cancellations follow the policy published on the event page. Registering means you may receive transactional email about the event and promotional email from Polemarch Live, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

No unlawful, fraudulent, hateful, harassing, or deceptive events or content. No spam, scraping, credential sharing, reverse engineering, or attempts to break platform security. No use of our AI features to impersonate a real person without consent. We may suspend or remove accounts, events, or content that violate these terms.

Agent builds, copy suggestions, and other AI output are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. Review anything you publish. You own the content you create; you're responsible for how you use it.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, delivery of every email, or any particular attendance or revenue result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polemarch AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the prior three months.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. Either of us may end the relationship at any time. These terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia.
