Polemarch Live is the direct promotions and marketing department of Polemarch AI — a Black-owned AI company based in Washington, D.C., founded by Deon A. Jenkins. Polemarch AI builds the agents and the software. Polemarch Live fills the room.
What we do
We run the front of the house: event pages, registration, ticketing, check-in, subscriber lists, email campaigns, and the reporting that tells you what actually worked. Every event we host or promote lands in one place, so the audience is an asset instead of a spreadsheet somebody lost.
When a guest registers, they get a branded confirmation, a QR pass, and an invitation into whatever comes next — including a five-minute guided build of their own AI agent on Polemarch AI.
One engine, many properties
We operate and promote across a family of community and niche properties — alumni meetups, workshops, mixers, civic programs, and partner sites like CBC Promoted Events. Each one keeps its own look and its own audience. Polemarch Live is the shared engine underneath: one registration system, one subscriber graph, one campaign desk, one set of numbers.
Events that live on outside platforms can be connected in too. Registrations flow in through secure webhooks and API keys, so the roster and the reporting stay complete no matter where a guest signed up.
Campaign management for partners
Organizations, promoters, and agencies use us as their outsourced promotions desk: we build the landing page, run the registration flow, own the email blasts, and hand back clean metrics — attendance, conversion, geography, and repeat guests.
